2025年8月27日、岩手県陸前高田市広田町にて、「株式会社 仁藝（にんげい）」（代表取締役：岡田勝太）を設立いたしました。

私たちは、認定NPO法人SETの活動から生まれた「国際交流」や「地域連携」の土壌を基盤に、よりグローバルに、より深く世界と繋がるための新たな一歩を踏み出します,。

社名の「仁藝」には、「仁（Humans）＝人と人の間にあるもの」と、「藝（Arts）＝育ち合うその様」という意味を込めました,。 世界中で進む「分断」や「孤立」に対し、私たちは日本のローカルと世界の地域を繋ぎ、国境を越えた温かな連帯を生み出していきます。

Our Business

株式会社仁藝は、以下の2つの事業を通じて「連帯のエコシステム」をつくります,。

• SOU-HATSU（創発） 日本のローカルプレイヤーと、世界中の地域リーダーを接続。単なる視察で終わらせず、互いの地域課題を解決するビジネス共創プロジェクトを開発します。

• EK-KYO(越境） 海外から日本のローカルへ、その土地の「見えない日常」に深く入っていくための環境を設計・コーディネートする事業です。

直近のプロジェクト

International Japan Volunteer Program

設立に伴う第一弾のプロジェクトとして、デンマークの成人教育機関「Nordfyns Højskole（ノーフュンス・ホイスコーレ）学生が参加するボランティアプログラムが始動しています。

2026年1月より、同校の（アメリカ、カナダ、オランダ、デンマーク、グリーンランドなど）世界5カ国の若者が陸前高田に滞在。認定NPO法人SETと協働で受け入れを行っています。 アプリを活用したゲーミフィケーション（Rikuzentakata Quest）などを通じ、地域住民と対話しながらローカルの魅力を再発見しています。

[News] From Rikuzentakata to the World: Launch of NINGEI.inc

We are pleased to announce the establishment of NINGEI.inc (Representative: Shota Okada) on August 27, 2025, based in Hirota-cho, Rikuzentakata City, Iwate Prefecture.

Born from the foundations of international exchange and regional collaboration cultivated by Certified NPO SET, we are taking a new step forward to connect more deeply and globally with the world.

Our company name, "NINGEI," embodies two concepts: "Nin (Humans)" meaning what exists between people, and "Gei (Arts)" representing the way we grow together. In a world facing increasing division and isolation, we aim to connect Japanese local communities with regions around the globe, creating warm solidarity across borders.

Our Business

NINGEI.inc builds an "Ecosystem of Solidarity" through two core businesses:

• SOU-HATSU (Global & Local Co-Creation) Connecting local players in Japan with community leaders worldwide. We go beyond mere observation tours to develop business co-creation projects that solve mutual regional issues.

• Co-KYO (Social Infrastructure & Co-living) Developing long-term stay bases as "new living infrastructure" both in Japan and abroad. We create environments where people can deeply immerse themselves in the local culture and lifestyle.

Current Project

International Japan Volunteer Program

As our first project upon establishment, we have launched an international volunteer program in collaboration with Nordfyns Højskole, a folk high school in Denmark.

Starting in January 2026, young people from five countries—including students from Nordfyns Højskole, as well as participants from the USA, Canada, the Netherlands, and Greenland—are staying in Rikuzentakata. Through gamification using an app (Rikuzentakata Quest), they are rediscovering local charms while interacting with residents.

Today, as communities weaken and young people lose their sense of identity around the world, these issues cannot be solved by one region alone. We want to create a platform where Japanese regions and the world can connect and stand in solidarity. With gratitude to everyone who has walked with SET, I am stepping forward into this new challenge."

Spinning out from Certified NPO SET, we continue our challenge for the future as a new ecosystem where the "NPO," bearing public interest, and the "Corporation," possessing agility, run side by side.
